 1-29. Risk Management Work Sheet. The risk management work sheet (Figure 1-1) is a tool that
leaders may use to track and document risk. It also provides a logical starting point to track the process.
Planners use the work sheet to document the risk management steps taken during planning, preparation,
and execution of all training and combat missions and tasks. It is important to remember that this form
can be used to track all the risk, not just the environmental-related risk. Table 1-5 outlines how to use
the risk management work sheet.
